What to expect

Messages are read on working days and answered in the order they arrive, usually within three working days. Corrections are prioritised over everything else. If you send a correction with a source attached, expect a faster reply and a small amount of gratitude.

We do not publish press releases, we do not take paid placements on any page, and we cannot pass messages on to any of the people, studios or brands discussed on this site. If you are looking for one of them, their own press office is the correct address.
